What you will do

• Map and optimize the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from sales handoff through onboarding and launch.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and enablement materials for frontline teams.
• Partner with RevTech to manage and optimize the Implementation footprint inside Salesforce.
• Design reporting layers, data marts, and dashboards to track KPIs like time to launch and churn linkage.
• Build AI-assisted tooling for QA, summarization, and automation to remove manual operational work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align post-sale processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in customer success, onboarding, or implementation operations.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including designing reports, dashboards, and business processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into operational workflows.
• Must be based in the United States.
