What you will do

  • Coordinate technical support activities and HR-related projects.
  • Manage support processes and coordinate system evolutions and improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate external providers and distributed teams.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SSFF).
  • Experience coordinating HR technical projects in international environments.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and external providers.
  • Knowledge of HR systems support and evolution management.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Concur, SAP Payroll, or SAP FI.
  • Advanced Spanish.
