What you will do
- Own outbound pipeline generation for approximately 400 priority enterprise accounts in the ANZ region.
- Conduct deep research into account tech stacks and commercial priorities to inform outreach.
- Execute personalized, insight-led outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels.
- Qualify inbound interest and convert it into scoped discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Contribute to enterprise discovery calls and maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- Work toward a structured AE readiness plan with clear milestones and coaching.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or junior sales in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of executing thoughtful, research-led outbound strategies.
- Must be based in or able to work from the South Melbourne office (Hybrid).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style for CFOs and Heads of Digital.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Genuine curiosity for leveraging AI tools to improve sales effectiveness.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ecommerce, headless, or composable commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of major players like Salesforce, Adobe, Shopify, or SAP.
- Existing network within ANZ enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Experience selling into retail, telco, healthcare, or manufacturing verticals.
