• Provide first-class IT support to global colleagues, managing incidents and requests end-to-end.
• Collaborate with specialist IT teams to resolve complex issues and enhance services.
• Maintain and exceed established service level expectations.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of business applications and technology.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience working within a Service Desk or IT support environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory/Exchange administration.
• Experience with hardware deployment and asset management.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and practices.
• Ability to support both local and remote users.
