TL;DR

TechEx Operations Analyst (IT Support): Delivering high-quality IT support across multiple channels including TechBar and remote services with an accent on endpoint management and enterprise system stability. Focus on resolving hardware and software incidents for diverse users, providing smart hands infrastructure support, and optimizing service delivery through ServiceNow.

Location: Must be based in Bedford, United Kingdom. Eligibility to work in EU is required. Ability to travel to other company sites as needed.

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on IT support for hardware and software via TechBar, online, and in-person channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Offer smart hands support for internal infrastructure, network teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room and AV technologies including Teams Rooms, Cisco, and Crestron.
  • Identify recurring technical trends to contribute to the TechEx improvement roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing IT support within a medium to large enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and Apple DEP.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN).
  • Eligibility to work in the EU.
  • Ability to travel to other company sites for operational needs, training, and business events.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Nexthink digital experience monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) practices or project coordination.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft.
  • Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or Power Apps.
