Location: Partially remote, London (Liverpool St), primary UK business hours with out-of-hours support for cutovers

What you will do

• Define endpoint target-state standards, guardrails, baseline configurations, compliance posture and app strategy for consolidated tenant.
• Define tenant-to-tenant endpoint migration approach including sequencing, join state, Autopilot strategy and Intune re-enrolment model.
• Produce and govern endpoint runbooks, quality gates and validation checklists for scaled execution.
• Lead endpoint pilot design/support, translate lessons into standards and define exception patterns for complex devices.
• Coordinate dependencies with Identity, Security, Conditional Access, Shared Data and user readiness.
• Define operational telemetry/KPIs, provide escalation guidance and support cutover readiness reviews.

Requirements

• Delivered tenant-to-tenant endpoint migration in production (Intune/Windows specialism mandatory)
• Deep practical Intune expertise (enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles, reporting, troubleshooting)
• Practical understanding of Autopilot concepts and tenant transition sequencing
• Strong PowerShell and operational troubleshooting capability
• Proven ability to write/run/govern runbooks and quality gates for repeatable delivery
• Willingness to support early/late calls and cutover windows for global programme
• Strong documentation discipline creating reusable patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with workstation/profile migration tools (e.g., PowerSyncPro)
• Experience with Microsoft security controls (Conditional Access, compliant device requirements)
• Microsoft certification (e.g., MD-102 / MS-102) or equivalent
• Experience supporting Windows 11 transition programmes
