What you will do

• Lead complex projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high production value and budget adherence.
• Consult on strategy and feasibility of creative concepts before client presentation to identify potential roadblocks.
• Drive collaboration across stakeholders and manage expectations regarding project margins and risks.
• Oversee large-scale still and video shoots, coordinating crews, locations, art departments, and casting.
• Mentor and manage a mid-weight Project Manager to develop their professional growth and knowledge.
• Create and manage production budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of creative production experience.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale productions within both agency and production environments.
• Deep knowledge of creative workflows to effectively resource the right skills to projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Must be based in the Dublin office to support the hybrid model.
