What you will do

• Represent PMO on cross-functional teams for new product development and released product management projects.
• Build project schedules, monitor progress, and intervene on issues with peers and stakeholders.
• Establish and improve project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, handling changing priorities using PM methodologies.
• Support resource management, tracking, metrics, reporting, and design/business reviews.
• Communicate capacity constraints, risks, issues, and decisions to leaders and stakeholders.
• Provide QMS audit support and contribute to PMO initiatives in CRDN.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline + minimum 4 years relevant experience (or advanced degree + 2 years).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent desirable.
• Dynamic team player for cross-functional, global teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and other PM tools.
