Senior Project Management Specialist (CRDN): Represent PMO on cross-functional teams to manage new product development and released product projects in Coronary and Renal Denervation portfolios with an accent on schedule building, progress monitoring, and process improvement. Focus on overseeing operational aspects, managing changing priorities, resource tracking, and communicating risks to stakeholders.
Flexible Work Arrangement, Galway, County Galway, Ireland. This role is expected to be on site 3-4 days a week.

What you will do
- Represent PMO on cross-functional teams for new product development and released product management projects.
- Build project schedules, monitor progress, and intervene on issues with peers and stakeholders.
- Establish and improve project management processes, tools, templates, and best practices.
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, handling changing priorities using PM methodologies.
- Support resource management, tracking, metrics, reporting, and design/business reviews.
- Communicate capacity constraints, risks, issues, and decisions to leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide QMS audit support and contribute to PMO initiatives in CRDN.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline + minimum 4 years relevant experience (or advanced degree + 2 years).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent desirable.
- Dynamic team player for cross-functional, global teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and other PM tools.
