Location: Remote in Ireland; applicants located within 50 km of the Dublin office are expected to work onsite Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do

• Lead customers through a structured onboarding program to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Facilitate kickoff calls, enablement sessions, and launch discussions to support platform adoption.
• Guide customers on core platform setup, including license distribution, permissions, and engagement strategies.
• Deliver training sessions for Admins, Managers, and Learners on platform functionality.
• Assist customers in crafting and implementing launch plans to drive initial engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer transition.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer onboarding, implementation, or engagement experience within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using SaaS platforms and the ability to navigate enterprise applications.
• Strong project coordination and facilitation skills to manage multiple engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
