What you will do

• Deliver user-focused, insight-driven, and accessible digital products with minimal guidance.
• Apply fundamental UI Design principles, including grids, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Facilitate and drive workshops and design sprints within an agile software development environment.
• Influence the technical implementation of design solutions by understanding technology opportunities and limitations.
• Mentor and train junior team members to help shape the design process.
• Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a User Experience Design role.
• Proven understanding and application of fundamental UI Design principles.
• Experience driving workshops and design sprints in agile environments.
• Ability to contribute to the structural design of interfaces and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Nice to have

• Experience in Service Design.
