What you will do

• Plan and lead user research using interviews, observations, and usability testing to understand user pain points.
• Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual design solutions in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Design both customer-facing services for residents and complex internal workflows for property managers and accountants.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, automation, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and maintain design libraries, components, and accessibility requirements in collaboration with frontend developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer working on complex digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, behavioral science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and creating scalable design systems.
• Experience designing for web and mobile in data-rich, workflow-heavy, or operational environments.
• Solid experience in UX research, service design, and interaction design within agile cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI tools in the design process and designing AI-supported product experiences.
