What you will do

• Lead UX work across discovery, ideation, design, and delivery for a major platform initiative.
• Conduct user research and generate actionable insights to influence product direction.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences across complex systems.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering squads to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor other designers and help evolve UX practices and design maturity within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level UX design experience within complex digital environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and visual design work.
• Experience managing the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
• Must be based in the UK and able to travel occasionally to Bristol, Reading, or Exeter.
