TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 IT support for enterprise users.
  • Support Windows 11 OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Diagnose network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and Ethernet.
  • Perform account management using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta.
  • Provision, install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software via Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain documentation and manage tickets in Atlassian Confluence and Jira Service Management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate network environment
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and peripheral issues
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network fundamentals
  • Knowledge of network print services and printer troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Support for Linux Operating Systems
  • Task automation via scripting (Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
  • Basic cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Audiovisual and Video Teleconferencing systems
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms
