What you will do
- Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 IT support for enterprise users.
- Support Windows 11 OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Diagnose network connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and Ethernet.
- Perform account management using Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta.
- Provision, install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software via Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain documentation and manage tickets in Atlassian Confluence and Jira Service Management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate network environment
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and peripheral issues
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network fundamentals
- Knowledge of network print services and printer troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Support for Linux Operating Systems
- Task automation via scripting (Ansible, PowerShell, Python)
- Basic cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with Audiovisual and Video Teleconferencing systems
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms
