What you will do

• Build and motivate teams through goal setting, coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Manage full talent lifecycle including hiring and performance management with HR.
• Ensure studio standards for visual presentation, housekeeping, and expense control.
• Lead floorplans, design presentations, trade events, and home visits.
• Collaborate with regional manager to share insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Retail management experience preferred
• Demonstrated design skills and passion for design profession
• Financial literacy and business acumen for budgetary responsibilities
• Proficiency with MS Office, web navigation, and 3-D rendering programs
• Ability to lift objects over 20 pounds and understand safety requirements
