Location: Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid in-office role).
Salary: $95,000–$105,000 base.

What you will do
- Directly manage a team of approximately 10 coordinators handling 529 and ABLE program inquiries.
- Set performance expectations, KPIs, and quality standards while providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Build and maintain capacity models to provide leadership with visibility into staffing needs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce handle time, increase first-contact resolution, and eliminate repeat contacts.
- Represent the customer and coordinator voice in product planning conversations using structured data.
- Own operational dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience managing a service or operations team in a regulated, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through metrics and process changes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and track outcomes.
- Experience working with Product teams to translate operational pain into clear requirements.
- Proven management experience in setting expectations and developing talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both front-line and senior leadership audiences.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of 529 and/or ABLE programs.
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Familiarity with workforce management, capacity planning, or service analytics tools.
- Experience developing team leads or supervisor-level roles.
