What you will do

• Direct and manage daily F&B operations to ensure high service and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff while fostering high morale and clear accountability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and action plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee procurement of food, beverages, and supplies, and manage monthly physical inventory.
• Ensure strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the corporate team and General Manager to execute operational strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Club/Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with payroll cost controls and club POS systems like Northstar.
• Possess food safety and alcoholic beverage certifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams and handle members/guests in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Must be able to work onsite in Manalapan Township, New Jersey.
