TL;DR

Culture & Engagement Lead (HR): Designing and delivering the culture and engagement roadmap to build an inclusive, values-led environment with an accent on data-driven listening and DEI initiatives. Focus on transforming colleague feedback into practical actions and partnering with senior leaders to improve workplace trust and belonging.

Location: London (Hybrid/Flexible working)

What you will do

  • Own and deliver the culture and engagement roadmap aligned with company purpose, values, and strategy.
  • Design and lead listening activities (surveys and qualitative insight) and convert feedback into practical actions.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to share compelling people stories that reinforce company identity.
  • Create initiatives that build inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety across the business.
  • Support and enable DEI networks to grow, connect colleagues, and drive advocacy.
  • Balance global culture initiatives with local activity using KPIs to track progress and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering culture, engagement, and/or DEI initiatives in a complex organisation.
  • Strong background in listening, insight gathering, and action planning.
  • Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to influence behavior and ways of working.
  • Data-informed approach to prioritizing work and demonstrating impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a matrixed or multi-country environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or working with employee or DEI networks.
  • Exposure to Talent, L&D, or People Centre of Expertise.
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Change, or a related field.
