Focus on turning working sales motions into fully systemised ones, building AI agents for task automation, and optimizing end-to-end inbound sales pipelines.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany or Wrocław, Poland)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture, optimizing every stage from first touch to closed deal.
  • Configure, maintain, and improve the Bitrix24 CRM, including pipelines, automations, and integrations.
  • Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks and accelerate decision-making.
  • Manage the technical architecture of email marketing, including sequences, segmentation, and trigger rules.
  • Build lead generation automations, prospecting workflows, and data enrichment pipelines.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting integrity to provide leadership with pipeline and funnel visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or growth engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and platform migration (Bitrix24 is a plus).
  • Practical experience architecting AI-powered workflows or agents.
  • Strong systematic thinking and ability to document processes independently.
  • Bias for automation and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required; German or Polish is a plus.
