What you will do
- Own the end-to-end inbound sales process architecture, optimizing every stage from first touch to closed deal.
- Configure, maintain, and improve the Bitrix24 CRM, including pipelines, automations, and integrations.
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive sales tasks and accelerate decision-making.
- Manage the technical architecture of email marketing, including sequences, segmentation, and trigger rules.
- Build lead generation automations, prospecting workflows, and data enrichment pipelines.
- Ensure data quality and reporting integrity to provide leadership with pipeline and funnel visibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or growth engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and platform migration (Bitrix24 is a plus).
- Practical experience architecting AI-powered workflows or agents.
- Strong systematic thinking and ability to document processes independently.
- Bias for automation and a focus on measurable outcomes.
- English: C1+ proficiency required; German or Polish is a plus.
