What you will do
- Identify, approach, and close complex, high-value signage partnerships with major European brands
- Build and own relationships at C-Suite and senior decision-maker level
- Act as the strategic bridge between client needs and internal experts
- Develop deep understanding of client strategy for upsell and expansion opportunities
- Own trade show presence and convert conversations into pipeline
- Conduct strategic client visits
Requirements
- 3+ years in strategic B2B sales or key account management with proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Confident and credible at C-Suite level
- Genuine hunter mindset
- Commercially sharp with understanding of margins, contract structures, and procurement processes
- German at native level — non-negotiable
- Professional English
- Structured and CRM-disciplined
