What you will do

  • Grow and develop the inbound sales team, outbound function, and aftersales partnerships.
  • Own sales targets and metrics, ensuring objectives are met through structured planning.
  • Oversee the CRM system and drive an AI-first workflow transformation across the customer journey.
  • Drive customer happiness and retention for high-value AAA brand clients.
  • Develop deep market and customer understanding to inform product, pricing, and strategic direction.
  • Manage the commercial legal framework and resolve client disputes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in a digital-native or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven experience as a player-manager with the ability to actively sell.
  • Track record of building and scaling sales teams with structure and discipline.
  • Strong command of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and data-driven decision making.
  • Native-level German language proficiency (non-negotiable).
  • Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with or eagerness to implement AI-native tools and automations (agents, workflows).
  • Understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels.
