What you will do
- Grow and develop the inbound sales team, outbound function, and aftersales partnerships.
- Own sales targets and metrics, ensuring objectives are met through structured planning.
- Oversee the CRM system and drive an AI-first workflow transformation across the customer journey.
- Drive customer happiness and retention for high-value AAA brand clients.
- Develop deep market and customer understanding to inform product, pricing, and strategic direction.
- Manage the commercial legal framework and resolve client disputes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in a digital-native or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience as a player-manager with the ability to actively sell.
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams with structure and discipline.
- Strong command of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and data-driven decision making.
- Native-level German language proficiency (non-negotiable).
- Professional English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with or eagerness to implement AI-native tools and automations (agents, workflows).
- Understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels.
