What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the acquisition strategy to build a performance-led growth engine.
  • Scale paid acquisition across key channels to deliver high-quality pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Define and implement attribution and measurement frameworks.
  • Lead experimentation across campaigns, creative assets, and landing page journeys.
  • Align overall marketing output directly with revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
  • Proven success in performance marketing and demand generation.
  • Deep understanding of attribution, data, and funnel metrics.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Must be based in London (Office-based)
