What you will do

• Deliver outstanding client experience by managing inbound and outbound calls, chats, and secure messages.
• Educate clients on digital banking services, including online banking, Bill Pay, and mobile deposits.
• Recommend and sell a full range of consumer products such as deposit accounts and loan products.
• Mitigate risk and ensure accurate resolution of client needs through effective decision-making.
• Participate in professional development and coaching to enhance product and systems knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and retail sales or contact center operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
• Basic math skills for account reconciliation and proficiency in PC applications.
• Must be based in or able to work in person in Albuquerque, NM
