Salary: $58,500 - $72,000

What you will do

• Provide education and advice on financial planning and investment options to workplace participants.
• Utilize proprietary financial planning tools to recommend solutions in the customer's best interest.
• Manage inbound queues and appointments to ensure critical service timeframes.
• Identify and execute opportunities to contract additional client assets and grow assets under management.
• Adhere to all compliance and risk procedures with detailed attention to policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• FINRA 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations required within established timelines.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Availability to work specific shifts based on location (ET, CT, or MT).
• Reliable high-speed wired internet connection and a dedicated at-home workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance-driven roles or inbound/outbound phone environments.
• Strong consultative skills to understand needs and present customer-focused solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
