What you will do

• Support project management for QC project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item follow-up.
• Manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including timelines, milestones, and escalations.
• Track functional deliverables to ensure completion on time and according to quality standards.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate risks to site leadership and develop contingency plans.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in bioanalytical techniques (cell-based assays, ELISA, qPCR, flow cytometry) to lead method transfer and validation.
• Develop, write, and execute methods, protocols, and reports aligned with regulatory and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in science (Advanced degree preferred).
• Broad scientific knowledge of bioanalytical techniques.
• Deep expertise with the characterization, validation, and transfer of bioanalytical methods.
• Must be based in the Greater Boston area.
