What you will do

• Manage and coordinate global project teams including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to achieve milestones.
• Ensure adherence to project budget, scope, and compliance with processes and policies.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, chairing meetings and teleconferences.
• Assist in business development, including proposals and presentations.
• Build client relationships to generate add-on business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, or science-related field (or equivalent)
• 5+ years Project Management experience in CRO/Pharma/Biotech/Specialty Pharma
• Budget/finance/costing experience at project level
• Experience managing complex trials, multiple phases, full lifecycle
• Global experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge in Psychedelics, Mood Disorders, and Epilepsy
