What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation for business-focused initiatives, focusing on reporting and analytics requirements from project inception.
• Translate stakeholder objectives, KPIs, and insight gaps into detailed business requirements, user stories, and data models.
• Manage project delivery using Azure DevOps within a sprint-based Agile framework, including backlog refinement and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of data engineers, PowerBI developers, and business stakeholders.
• Establish success criteria for reporting excellence, ensuring improvements in data accuracy, timeliness, and usability.
• Develop training materials and communication plans to drive adoption of new reporting capabilities and system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years focusing on reporting and business intelligence.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in data analytics.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and using visualization tools (PowerBI highly preferred).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM/PSM, or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated R&D environments (clinical, regulatory, or medical affairs).
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL concepts, and dashboard design principles.
