Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $110,000 to $120,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Optimize prospecting in Outreach by building and refining sequences, managing target lists, and ensuring data flow between systems.
- Develop reports on sales performance, funnel impact, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain data integrity across systems, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement hygiene solutions.
- Identify and implement optimizations for sales and marketing tech integrations.
- Collaborate with Marketing on target accounts, lead handoffs, and cross-functional communication with SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs.
- Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales operations, marketing operations, or similar role
- Proficient in sales outreach tools for prospecting, sequence building, and target list management
- Experience with CRM, including data syncing and campaign building
- Skilled in developing reports and providing actionable insights
- Experience ensuring data integrity across systems and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Familiarity with marketing-sales alignment and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience identifying and implementing system optimizations
