Location: Hybrid (must be based in the UK and work from the London office at least two days per week)
Salary: £64,189 - £86,843 per year

What you will do
- Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive net revenue growth via renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Lead the quote-to-order process, preparing bespoke pricing proposals and managing contract execution.
- Monitor account health using data-driven insights to proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure value realization for customers.
- Mentor junior team members and lead internal enablement initiatives to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client retention and growth strategy or corporate finance/FP&A.
- At least 1 year of internal experience in an Account Manager role with a history of exceeding targets.
- Expertise in selling to finance audiences and knowledge of finance processes and accounting.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills for handling complex contract discussions and resolving customer issues.
- Must be based in the UK and work from the London office at least two days per week.
