What you will do
- Manage key partner clients and grow accounts through strategic up-selling of products and services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins to gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide consultative advice to help customers maximize product adoption and optimize tee time inventory.
- Execute strategies to strengthen relationships using quantitative data to help partners meet their success criteria.
- Implement and educate partners on dynamic pricing strategies within the golf industry.
- Maintain accurate activity records using Salesforce and collaborate with international colleagues to support company culture.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management within e-commerce or technology.
- Proven track record of responsibility for the retention and growth of assigned customer accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen for managing complex client relationships.
- Experience analyzing and presenting data or demos to support client recommendations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or similar sales automation platforms.
- Must be based in Belfast, UK, with a willingness to travel for work purposes.

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
- Familiarity or professional experience within the UK golf market.
