What you will do

  • Manage key partner clients and grow accounts through strategic up-selling of products and services.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins to gather feedback and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide consultative advice to help customers maximize product adoption and optimize tee time inventory.
  • Execute strategies to strengthen relationships using quantitative data to help partners meet their success criteria.
  • Implement and educate partners on dynamic pricing strategies within the golf industry.
  • Maintain accurate activity records using Salesforce and collaborate with international colleagues to support company culture.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management within e-commerce or technology.
  • Proven track record of responsibility for the retention and growth of assigned customer accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen for managing complex client relationships.
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data or demos to support client recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce or similar sales automation platforms.
  • Must be based in Belfast, UK, with a willingness to travel for work purposes.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • Familiarity or professional experience within the UK golf market.
