What you will do

• Manage existing client relationships to ensure high retention, satisfaction, and strategic growth.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including management of contracting workflows.
• Deliver platform demonstrations to prospective and current customers.
• Collaborate with the Integrations team to maximize revenue through additional services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for non-technical account queries and escalations.
• Track initiatives, report revenue projections, and maintain detailed records in the company CRM.

Requirements

• Experience in the London specialty or wholesale insurance market.
• Proven background as an Account Manager, Broker, or relevant role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of the risk placement process between brokers and carriers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work arrangement.
