What you will do

• Strategically grow and manage fintech partnerships, acting as a connector across projects and stakeholders.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle including identification, negotiation, signing, and ongoing management.
• Lead relationships with key partners and scale the partner program.
• Collaborate with commercial leads to integrate market intelligence and client feedback into partnership planning.
• Support pricing and commercial strategy development with leadership.
• Manage complex partnership deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from London, United Kingdom
• 9+ years experience in partnerships management within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of payments modernization and money movement.
• Proven track record of building impactful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
