Senior Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office-based role supporting partnerships for the Americas.

What you will do

• Develop and manage fintech partnerships across the full lifecycle, from identification and evaluation through negotiation, signing, and ongoing management.
• Lead strategic partner relationships and scale the partner program to support ecosystem growth.
• Coordinate pricing strategies, partnership projects, and internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketplace commercial leads to incorporate regional intelligence, trends, and client feedback into partnership planning.
• Support pricing and commercial strategy for new and existing partners and report partnership activity to leadership.
• Work with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Legal teams on complex partnership deals.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional experience in partnerships or partnership management.
• Experience identifying and signing partners in fintech, payments, and/or banking.
• Strong understanding of payments, payments modernization, and money movement.
• Track record of building partnerships, co-creating products, and driving innovation and revenue growth.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field is highly preferred.
