What you will do

• Act as super-administrator for global Project Management tool (Monday.com): manage access, harmonize boards/workflows/dashboards, implement automations/integrations, provide support.
• Support strategy execution and portfolio: define/maintain standards, ensure consistency in naming/project structures/reporting, chase stakeholders for data quality, drive process improvements.
• Handle enablement and training: design/deliver materials/sessions, support onboarding, promote tool adoption.
• Maintain knowledge management: improve repositories, leverage AI for search/summarization/clean-up, facilitate communities of practice.
• Administer Salesforce licenses: track allocation/usage by country, ensure governance/compliance, coordinate with IT/stakeholders, develop reports/dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in tools administration, PMO support, business operations or similar.
• Hands-on with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and Power BI dashboards.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured/organized/detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in global, multi-country environment; Fluent in English (French/Spanish/Portuguese plus).
• Proactive learner interested in strategy execution, PMO, sales enablement.

Nice to have

• Initial exposure to CRM/Salesforce administration.
