TL;DR

Scalable Operations Manager: Create and lead a team to develop, launch, and manage strategic events in the French speaking region of Europe with an accent on sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality. Focus on managing the local portfolio of experiences, negotiating business deals, and supporting the scalability of experiences across the region.

Location: Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do

• Manage and build a team for the French speaking region of Europe.
• Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals through regular auditing.
• Define the strategy for scalable experiences across the region, ensuring maximum sales performance and operational quality.
• Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements

• Project management, startup, or consulting background (6y+ experience).
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• MBA from top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects.
