Team Lead (Project Management)

TL;DR

Team Lead (Project Management): Creating and leading a team to develop, launch, and manage strategic events with an accent on P&L responsibility, team development, and local industry connections. Focus on defining scalable experiences, managing the local portfolio, and representing hirify.global at local events.

Location: Hybrid in Paris. Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday with possibility to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do

• Manage and build a team for the French speaking region of Europe.
• Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals through regular auditing.
• Define the strategy for scalable experiences across the region.
• Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Represent hirify.global at local events and conversations.

Requirements

• Project management, startup, or consulting background (6y+ experience).
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• MBA from top-tier school preferred.
• Fluent English and French.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex projects.
