Talent Acquisition Business Partner (SaaS): Driving hirify.global’s growth by sourcing and hiring exceptional talent for go-to-market and technical customer success teams with an accent on strategic sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. Focus on identifying passive candidates, calibrating role requirements with senior leaders, and scaling the workforce across the USA and Europe.

Location: Remote (USA). Must have current and unrestricted working rights; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: $110K - $135K

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for go-to-market and technical customer success roles.
  • Conduct structured role briefings with hiring managers to set clear expectations on process and success criteria.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top passive and overseas talent.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and calibrate talent profiles in a competitive market.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a world-class experience for all candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel metrics to drive data-informed decision making and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience working within SaaS start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment load independently from briefing to offer close.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) with strong data hygiene.
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing to uncover hard-to-find profiles.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and a proven ability to pitch the company to candidates.
  • Must have current and unrestricted working rights in the USA.
