Salary: $110K - $135K

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for go-to-market and technical customer success roles.
- Conduct structured role briefings with hiring managers to set clear expectations on process and success criteria.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract top passive and overseas talent.
- Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and calibrate talent profiles in a competitive market.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a world-class experience for all candidates.
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics to drive data-informed decision making and process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience working within SaaS start-up or scale-up environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full recruitment load independently from briefing to offer close.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) with strong data hygiene.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing to uncover hard-to-find profiles.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and a proven ability to pitch the company to candidates.
- Must have current and unrestricted working rights in the USA.
