Salary: $140K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

  • Scale the talent marketplace from a high-taste manual motion to a scalable program, building vetting rubrics and intake processes.
  • Own the end-to-end GTME vetting process to define and maintain the quality bar for marketplace candidates.
  • Build the enterprise (ENT) side pipeline, including sourcing, qualification, and account management.
  • Execute the matchmaking motion personally to learn patterns and design a measurement layer for scaling.
  • Develop instrumentation to track match quality as a time series, focusing on placement retention and repeat-hire rates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional loops between Campus, Community, and GTM Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience as a marketplace operator with a deep obsession over match quality and fit.
  • High-taste judgment in people and the ability to match candidates to specific company cultures.
  • Comfort with running a high-touch motion involving calls, pattern-matching, and trust-building.
  • Instrumentation-minded approach to turn manual processes into measurable programs.
  • Proven track record of scaling a talent function, marketplace, or matching motion.
  • Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Background in recruiting, talent marketplaces, staffing platforms, or GTM hiring.
