TL;DR

Junior Internal Audit Analyst (Finance): Supporting the delivery of internal audits and risk assessments for a global asset management firm with an accent on audit evidence gathering and control evaluation. Focus on identifying business risks, drafting audit observations, and maintaining professional documentation.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Henley-on-Thames) and have the right to work in the UK until at least October 2027. Hybrid model requires at least four full days per week in the office.

Salary: £26,500 per annum

What you will do

  • Support the delivery of internal audits in alignment with the approved audit plan.
  • Gather, review, and document audit evidence to evaluate the strength of internal controls.
  • Assist in evaluating business processes to identify and manage operational risks.
  • Draft audit observations that clearly explain issues, risks, and potential improvements.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and well-organized audit documentation.
  • Operate ethically and responsibly while handling sensitive corporate information.

Requirements

  • School leavers (traineeship opportunity via the Investment20/20 programme).
