What you will do

• Build deep knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Perform manual pension calculations across multiple schemes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Translate Scheme Rules into specific calculation steps aligned with current legislation.
• Support member servicing by updating individual member information and handling customer requests.
• Study toward the Certificate in Pensions Administration via the Pension Management Institute qualification.

Requirements

• 2.1 Degree or above in a STEM subject.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with formulas, filtering, and lookups.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured calculation steps accurately and manage multiple priorities.
