What you will do

• Develop and embed risk and governance frameworks across the business
• Produce and analyse risk management information for senior stakeholders and committees
• Coordinate reporting in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Maintain governance structures including committees and delegated authorities
• Oversee control testing and assurance activities for effectiveness
• Support operational resilience planning and business continuity testing
• Monitor transactional activity for risks, trends, or unusual patterns
• Review processes and documentation for alignment with best practices

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of risk, controls, audit or compliance in financial services
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and produce insights
• Confidence using Excel for reporting and decision-making
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders
• Proactive approach with attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
• Experience producing management information or working with KPIs
