What you will do

• Attend meetings with auditees to understand processes and identify key risks and controls.
• Prepare audit planning documentation including risk and control matrices and testing strategies.
• Perform audit testing across business areas, maintain high-standard working papers.
• Discuss testing results, raise exceptions, draft observations, and propose issue ratings.
• Partner with stakeholders to agree observations and support issue closure monitoring.
• Provide feedback, develop personal plans, and participate in audit community activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in financial services, internal or external audit.
• Understanding of financial services group operations and internal audit function.
• Ability to work in teams, assess processes and risks, perform unsupervised audit tests.
• Confidence to challenge controls and articulate findings orally and in writing.
• Eager to learn, build relationships, process information quickly, communicate clearly.
