What you will do

• Execute and monitor daily operational processes for inbound and outbound portfolio transfers.
• Review transfer requests for accuracy and compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate stock, ETF, and cash transfers through daily communication with brokers and internal teams.
• Resolve client queries regarding transfer status in collaboration with Customer Support.
• Investigate discrepancies and reconcile securities settlements and cash movements.
• Monitor corporate actions and internal systems to identify and escalate potential disruptions.

Requirements

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or higher) in a STEM subject.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with clients and brokers.
• Keen interest in financial markets and trading operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic modelling.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in an in-office environment in London.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Fundamental understanding of corporate actions.
• Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg, or similar financial data providers.
• Previous internship or project exposure to financial services or fintech operations.
