What you will do

• Execute end-to-end processing of Corporate Action and Dividend events impacting client security positions.
• Analyze and interpret market announcements from data vendors and create events ensuring MiFID and CRS compliance.
• Manage the setup and distribution of event notifications to customers and accurately process client elections.
• Allocate corporate action entitlements to customer accounts with correct book cost apportionment.
• Oversee cross-border events to ensure final settlement and coordinate with market participants.
• Handle IPO events, proxy voting, and VCT applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an administration environment.
• Must be based in or be able to commute to Manchester, UK for a hybrid work pattern.
• High level of accuracy and organizational skills to meet exacting deadlines.
• Advanced communication skills for building rapport with customers and third parties.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and PC literacy.
• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Corporate actions, Dividends, or Reconciliations.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Sector, specifically Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with FCA rules, particularly CASS, MiFID, CRS, and Consumer Duty.
