TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (AI/SaaS): Managing and growing a book of business in EMEA with an accent on French-speaking markets and AI-driven customer service solutions. Focus on driving revenue through strategic renewals, value-based selling, and cross-functional leadership to deliver ROI for mid-market customers.

Location: Hybrid in London, England (must be in office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Independently manage and grow the pipeline for the EMEA book of business via account development and outbound efforts.
  • Proactively manage the renewal lifecycle to ensure long-term customer partnership and success.
  • Employ a structured, data-driven sales process to prioritize activities and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Act as a consultative partner using value selling and ROI analysis to solve customer problems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Engineers, CSMs, and Product to close complex deals.
  • Master AI fluency to articulate how the product suite connects to customer KPIs and long-term value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS closing role with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Fluent French speaking to a solid business level is essential.
  • Experience in CS, CX, or CRM is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex AI features into clear business outcomes for diverse buyers.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in value-based selling and negotiation.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience in Value Selling, Command of the Message, and/or MEDDPICC.
  • Familiarity selling AI-enabled products or automation tools.
  • Additional European languages.
