Location: Redwood City, CA (Hybrid); San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $128,000 - $192,000 USD

What you will do
- Structure and execute deals: partner with Sales on pricing, assemble order forms, coordinate approvals across Finance, Legal, and leadership.
- Design processes: build review workflows, pricing guidelines, discount matrices, and playbooks for scalability.
- Maintain systems: ensure Salesforce hygiene, Ironclad administration, and reporting on deal metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally: advise on best practices, flag risks, influence adoption of standards.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at high-growth tech companies
- Experience with enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, CPQ, CRM (Salesforce), CLM (Ironclad).
- Ability to build/improve processes, commercial judgment to push back on stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, thrive in ambiguity and high-volume environment.
