Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Build bottoms-up financial models and reporting for Helium 10 business unit and R&D organization with an accent on scenario modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting. Focus on implementing AI automations in workflows, cross-functional partnering, and translating data into strategic business narratives.

Location: US Remote

Salary: $100,000-$120,000 USD base + annual bonus

What you will do

• Build scenario models and business cases for new initiatives, pricing changes, and go-to-market investments
• Prepare reporting packages, variance analyses, and presentations for leadership and Board
• Own revenue/expense forecasting, headcount planning, and budgeting cycles
• Partner with SMB GTM, CX, and R&D leaders to provide financial insights
• Implement AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT into FP&A processes

Requirements

• 3+ years FP&A experience ideally in SaaS, ad tech, or tech; or investment banking/consulting
• Strong financial modeling in advanced Excel; build complex driver-based models
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS/subscription and ad-based KPIs
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau and ERP like Pigment
