Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX (requires in-office collaboration three times per week)
Salary: $147,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do
- Own and evolve the subscription revenue model, linking top-of-funnel, conversion, retention, and monetization drivers.
- Partner with Product teams to evaluate roadmap initiatives, pricing strategies, and new monetization features.
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to align forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans with company goals.
- Synthesize business performance trends across engagement and revenue into insights for senior leadership.
- Develop executive-ready materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and guidance.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on marketing spend efficiency and the impact of feature launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally within subscription or consumer tech.
- Expertise in subscription revenue modeling, including cohort dynamics and acquisition funnels.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or Dallas, TX for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience using planning tools like Pigment.
