What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end monthly close process, partnering with Accounting and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own monthly and quarterly board reporting, translating financial results into clear narratives and actionable insights for the CFO.
• Lead variance analysis and management reporting to identify performance drivers.
• Maintain and update the consolidated three-statement model, cash forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Support the implementation and administration of Pigment as the planning platform for public-company readiness.
• Partner with the People team to deliver accurate workforce reporting and headcount tracking.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, Big 4 public accounting, or corporate FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining complex, multi-layered financial models.
• Strong understanding of three-statement modeling fundamentals, BvA, and flux analysis.
• Familiarity with consumption and SaaS metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience at a pre-IPO tech company or familiarity with public-company readiness work.
• Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based revenue models.
• Experience with planning systems such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
