What you will do

• Adapt and implement global talent programs across Europe, balancing global consistency with regional relevance.
• Drive regional talent strategies to support growth, leadership pipelines, and workforce readiness.
• Support HRBPs in succession planning, critical role identification, and talent reviews.
• Enable a culture of continuous feedback and development through coaching, tools, and frameworks.
• Utilize people analytics and AI to identify trends and improve the efficiency of talent initiatives.
• Partner with global COEs and business leaders to align talent programs with regional and global business strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR or Talent Management experience in global or matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in Europe (EU).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency to enhance talent programs and operational decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling storytelling to influence business decisions.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in complex contexts.
