What you will do

• Assist in planning and executing research projects or experiments.
• Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research information.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses or validate ideas.
• Collect data through experiments, surveys, or interviews and analyze for patterns and findings.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document procedures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must possess appropriate certifications required by the contract and obtain/maintain customer clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Scientific or technical knowledge with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities for team collaboration.
