Salary: $150,281 - $171,915 per year

What you will do

• Develop conceptual frameworks and experimental designs to guide project work.
• Manage and analyze large-scale data files for high-impact research.
• Serve as the primary client contact for analytical and statistical research expertise.

• Lead business development activities and deliver presentations to government clients.
• Oversee work assignments and ensure the quality of deliverables produced by the team.

Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Public Policy, or a related Social Science field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical or statistical research.
• Proficiency in STATA and analysis of large-scale data sets.
• Experience in the design of experiments and quasi-experiments.
• Expertise in quantitative research methods such as fixed effects, regression discontinuity, or instrument variables.
• Must be based in the United States.
